At first, I was shocked to read that 75% of people are confused by their energy bills. But then I thought about it a bit more, and I'm not surprised by the figure at all.
After all, gas and electricity bills are simply covered in numbers - which, I admit, I find confusing. Fortunately, you can simplify your energy bills.
Choosing an online payment plan has made the bills much easier to understand, at least for me. What's more, I have benefitted from a discount for choosing this payment method.
So, my energy bills have been made both easier to understand and easier to pay.
